Does Guided Replace My Aged Care?
No, We work alongside My Aged Care and service providers. Our role is to guide and support you to make decisions confidently around the My Aged Care system and choosing a provider.
We are NOT affiliated with providers nor are we a provider.
Do You Offer Once Off Consultations?
Yes, We offer once off consultations and assessments for funding applications (dementia and continence). We also assist with reassessments and any other concerns, Please reach out and we can discuss further.
How Long Does The Process Take?
It all depends on the depth of support required and how complex your situation is. Also taking into consideration wait times for assessment and funding to come through. Our goal is to help you get started quickly and avoid any unnecessary delays.
Can You Help With Urgent Situations?
Yes, If care is urgently needed, we can guide you through fast tracked options while waiting for government funding to come through. An initial consultation is required to identify needs of support and goals.
